101 Bouquet provides services under the following terms & conditions:

Orders

. Order can be made via the internet, email: sales@101bouquet.com or dial 9827 5492
. Order must be made 2 days in advance
. Urgent orders, please contact us directly at 9827 5492
. Orders are confirmed when you hear from us via phone or email.

Delivery

. Orders before 2pm may be delivered within the same day, subject to delivery schedule.
. Orders after 2pm will be delivered the next day.
. Delivery made on Monday to Sunday are charged at S$15.00
. For delivery made on public holidays, odd hours (2100 – 0800hrs) and locations outside
   mainland Singapore, an addition surcharge of S$6.00 will be applicable.
. For all subsequent, re-attempt and redirected delivery a surcharge of S$15.00 is applicable.
. All subsequent, redirected or re-attempted deliveries will be made on the same day, otherwise, the   next day is the norm.

- Internet Banking via ENETS
- Virtual Account via ENETS
- Cheque

* Cheque must be made payable to 101 Bouquet and mailed to: Blk 118 Marsiling Rise #08-148 Singapore 730118

Cancellation

- All confirmed orders are non-refundable.
- For order that is cancelled and undelivered, 101 Bouquet will issue a coupon of the same value via   email for your next purchase.

Substitution

101 Bouquet reserves the right to substitute the appropriate flowers and/or gift items of equal or greater value in the event that flowers and/or gift items are not available at the time of delivery.
